chore: release v0.9.1 - #15

Conversation
Moves the [Unreleased] entry under a v0.9.1 heading, refreshes the compare links, and aligns the version in both manifests with the tag. The release is what carries the fix: lich installs opencode by fetching the module at the latest release's tag, so an opencode session keeps asking its questions in silence until this one exists.

Moves the
[Unreleased]entry under av0.9.1heading, refreshes the compare links, and alignsversionin.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonand.codex-plugin/plugin.jsonwith the tag.The release is what carries #14: lich installs the opencode client by fetching the module at the latest release's tag, so an opencode session keeps asking its questions in silence until this one exists.
Patch rather than minor — a report that was missing now arrives; no contract, payload or tool changed. Above lich's
toolsMinVersion(0.9.0), so the opencode tools are unaffected.
