Summary

lich#639 added private errands: a sub-agent reaches lich as its session, so an ordinary send has its answer drained by any no-ticket collect and announced at the session's prompt. private keeps the answer to its ticket.

The MCP providers got private from lich's own schema. opencode's tools are this plugin's, so send_to_session gains it here:

  • It passes --private to lich send, and only for a literal true, the same rule force follows.
  • open_session is left alone: it takes no prompt here, and lich open --private needs one.

Do not release this before a lich release that contains #639. An older lich send rejects the unknown flag, so only private sends would fail.

Once both are out, lich's ceilings bullet and README row for opencode can drop "through lich send --private".

Test plan

  • node --test tests/*.test.mjs: 199 pass
  • New test: --private is sent only for private: true, and is absent for undefined, false, 'true' and 1

send_to_session takes private and passes --private to lich send, which
keeps the answer to its ticket: no note at the session's prompt, and only
wait_for_answer with that ticket returns it. Needs a lich with
lich send --private (lichdotdev/lich#639).
