Client side of omartelo/lich feat/report-as-task-notification: a prompt command with notification is submitted as <task-notification><status/><summary/><result/></task-notification> with asUser: true, which Claude Code 2.1.289 draws as its own one-line background completion (● lich session "X" finished) while the model reads the full report and the turn wakes. The mod escapes & < > in status and summary (the UI decodes them in the dim line); the result stays raw, since escaped the model read &amp;&amp; literally. Without the field, today's framed submit.

Release as 0.16.0 once lich ships the contract (lich-ref then moves to that tag; pinned to lich 669d38a5 now). Tests: node 291/291 (the new test fails on the old mod), claude plugin test . 21/21, validate ok.

…round agent's completion

A prompt command carrying a notification {status, summary} is submitted
as the user in the task-notification shape: Claude Code shows the
summary as one dim line and the model reads the text as the result.
Status and summary are XML-escaped (Claude Code decodes them for the
line); the text is not, since the model reads it byte for byte.
Fixtures pinned at lich 669d38a5, which defines the field.
