lich moved from
omartelo/lichtolichdotdev/lich(lichdotdev/lich#818). This points the links here at the new home. Old links redirect, so nothing was broken; this just stops relying on the redirect.CHANGELOG.mdkeeps its historical references.skills/theme/template.jsonstays as is: it is a vendored copy of lich attests/lich-ref(v0.70.0), which still carries the old$schemaURL, and the fixtures-drift job would fail. It moves on the next lich-ref bump to a release that has #818.node --test tests/*.test.mjsgreen, andtests/refresh-fixtures.sh+ drift diff clean.
