Tabs/Accordion/Modalが、ClientRouterで遷移した先のページで動かない問題を修正します。方針はIssue #640 のコメント「修正方針」に従っています。Closes #640
変更内容
初期化のタイミング
set*.tsにAstro用の関数（setTabsForAstro/setAccordionForAstro/setModalForAstro）を追加し、各astro/*.astroの<script>から呼ぶようにしました。documentのastro:page-loadでも初期化します。documentへのリスナー登録はモジュールのトップレベルではなく関数の中で行います。二重登録の防止
WeakSetで記録します。再初期化でディープリンク（?lism-tab=）が利用者の選択を戻すことも防ぎます。setEventでアイテムをWeakSetに記録します。クリーンアップ時に記録を消すため、React StrictModeの「登録→解除→登録」で2回目は弾かれません。[data-modal-open]トリガーを別々に記録します。transition:persistで残った場合も、遷移先の新しいトリガーを登録します。idで探すようにしました（方針コメントには無い追加対応です）。確認事項（
savedScrollbarGutter）の結果modalを開いたまま遷移すると、状態が残ることを確認しました。
closeイベントを経ずに要素が消えるため、savedScrollbarGutterが「適用中」のまま残ります。swapRootAttributesは<html>の属性を遷移先のものへ入れ替えるため、inline styleのscrollbar-gutterは消えます。対応として、
setModal()の実行時に開いている.b--modalが無ければ、予約状態を解除するようにしました。対象外
Issueのコメントどおり、Tooltip / Popover / Details / NavMenu、React版のコンポーネント、HTML向けの
script.tsは変更していません。確認
jsdomのテストで次を確認しました。
addEventListenerの呼び出し回数で確認）。astro:page-loadを発火させると、新しい要素が動く。scrollbar-gutterを予約できる。@lism-css/uiのtest（171件）・typecheck・lint:eslintは通過しています。未実施
