build(deps): bump keyring-core, glycin and rustls - #58

Combines the three pending Dependabot updates so they land with a single CI run instead of one rebase cycle each. Bumps keyring-core 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, glycin 4.0.0 to 4.0.3 (with its glycin-* crates and gufo-exif) and rustls 0.23.43 to 0.23.46. Only Cargo.lock changes; clippy and the full test suite pass.

Combines #52, #54 and #56 so they need one CI run. Cargo.lock only; clippy and tests pass locally.
