The runtime failure on afe6881 isn't this PR's. tests.test_wait test_resumptions_obey_capacity_and_stale_queued_turns_are_skipped (line 700) got an error back where it expected a submit result for the interrupted bot. This PR only changes version strings. The same code without them, main at fd9ae23, passed Test. It looks like a timing race in the daemon test between the interrupt settling and the next submit, and no fix exists yet. I can't rerun CI from here. This PR stays a draft until the memory fix for 0.8.1 lands, and bringing that in reruns CI.
