feat: add model to character replace

• added support for model select in character replace, and added support for 1080p resolution
• increased max prompt length 10,000 to 20,000 characters (only applicable for Minimax H3 model)

Fixes

• Reduced LTX 2.5 max clip length cut from 45s to 20s due to high error rate. We are working on increasing this.
