[WIP] Fix failing GitHub Actions job build

• Inspect failing GitHub Actions run and identify root cause from logs
• Inspect repository layout and workflow to confirm expected artifact source path
• Apply minimal workflow fix so build job zips the correct directory
• Validate workflow logic locally with targeted command(s)
• Run secret scan on changed files and perform final security check
• Re-run verification and summarize fix
