ci: report test coverage to Codecov - #203

Conversation
pnpm coverage builds the packages with source maps, runs every package's tests with v8 coverage and merges the reports into coverage/lcov.info with per-package line coverage. A CI job uploads it to Codecov when CODECOV_TOKEN is set; the checks are informational. Baseline: 90.0% of lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds test coverage reporting for the server packages. It reports only and enforces no threshold yet.
pnpm coveragebuildspackages/*withtsup --sourcemapand runs every package's vitest suite with v8 coverage (--only, so the builds with maps stay). It then merges the reports intocoverage/lcov.infowith repo-relativepackages/*/srcpaths and prints line coverage per package.dist, since the integration suite imports the built core. Coverage therefore includesdist, and the source maps carry it back tosrc.coverage(ubuntu-24.04, Node 24) uploads to Codecov whenCODECOV_TOKENis set. It skips the upload otherwise, such as on forks.codecov.yml: the project and patch statuses are informational.Baseline locally: 90.0% of lines. The lowest are next (66.7%), cli (68.9%), plugin-ecommerce (76.2%) and plugin-multi-tenant (76.8%).
Before merge: install the Codecov GitHub App on the repo and add the
CODECOV_TOKENrepository secret. Until then the job runs and the upload is skipped.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
