This may be stupid (and I kinda believe the error may be on my side), but I'm missing a short description of how to set this up on my own server. I did the following:
- Copy the code into a directory on my server
- Create the MySQL database and set the parameters in config.php
However, when I try to open the page, all I get is a blank page and the following error in /var/log/lightttpd/error.log:
2015-01-17 14:36:22: (mod_fastcgi.c.2676) FastCGI-stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_assoc() on a non-object in /var/www/runnerup/index.php on line 48
I'm running PHP 5.4.35 and MySQL 5.5.40.
Is there anything I'm missing here?
