revcomp

Reverse complements DNA sequences. If quality scores are present, their order is just reversed.

Usage:
    st revcomp [options][-a <attr>...] [-l <list>...] [<input>...]
    st revcomp (-h | --help)
    st revcomp --help-vars

Options:
    -t, --threads <N>   Number of threads to use [default: 1]
