Why

The TypeScript 7 update (#3) fails typecheck in packages/core: TypeScript 7 no longer loads @types packages implicitly, so crypto, URL, Request and Response are unknown.

Scope

"types": ["node"] in the tsconfig of packages/core, packages/db and packages/tracker.

Verification

pnpm verify passes on TypeScript 5.9.3 with this change, and on 7.0.2 with this change applied to the Dependabot branch (typecheck, 97 tests, next build, the Worker bundle).

TypeScript 7 no longer loads @types packages implicitly. Declaring them in
core, db and tracker works on 5.9 and lets the 7.0 update typecheck.
