fix(slack): shorten poll grid day headers to Mon Oct 5 - #104

Conversation
{date_long} draws "Monday, October 5th", which makes every day column as wide as
that string. Slack has no short weekday token, so the weekday is text in the
organizer's zone and {date_short} supplies the date in the viewer's zone.

Why
The poll table's day headers read "Monday, October 5th". Each day column is as wide as that string, so a poll of a few days is mostly header.
Scope
src/slack/pollMessage.ts: the header cell is a bold weekday (EEE, organizer's zone) followed by a{date_short}date element with fallbackMMM d. Test and snapshot follow.Blast radius
The channel poll message's header row only. Slack has no short weekday token, so the weekday is no longer viewer-local. A viewer far enough from the organizer that a day's first slot lands on another date sees the organizer's weekday beside their own date.
Verification
pnpm verifyexit 0, 268 tests.pnpm render:fixture three-dayprints the header cell as text "Tue " plus a date element with format{date_short}and fallback "Oct 6". Not yet seen drawn in Slack. That{date_short}draws as "Oct 9" comes from #97.https://claude.ai/code/session_01WabV7wsgA4PUbXohCCgTBZ
