fix(slack): write poll grid day headers as Mon 10/5 - #106

Conversation
The availability form heads each day "Mon 10/5"; the table said "Mon Oct 5". Slack has no date token for that form, so the header is text in the organizer's zone. Releases as 0.13.4. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01WabV7wsgA4PUbXohCCgTBZ

Why
The availability form heads each day "Mon 10/5" and the poll table said "Mon Oct 5". The two should match.
Scope
src/slack/pollMessage.ts: the header cell is bold text,EEE M/din the organizer's zone. Test and snapshot follow.package.jsonmoves to 0.13.4 so this ships as its own release.Blast radius
The header row of the channel poll message. The header is no longer a date element, so every viewer reads the organizer's date. The time labels in the first column stay viewer-local.
Verification
pnpm verifyexit 0, 268 tests, 25 files in the tarball. The grid test reads the header row as "Tue 10/6", "Wed 10/7", "Thu 10/8". Not yet seen drawn in Slack.https://claude.ai/code/session_01WabV7wsgA4PUbXohCCgTBZ
