Expands the Events Interface stub into a full protocol description. The page now replaces the original (outdated) Google design doc, which is no longer linked.
Content was checked against the current XML, PX4 (
mavlink_events.cpp,HealthAndArmingChecks), libevents (receive.h,health_and_arming_checks.cpp, README/schema) and QGroundControl (src/MAVLink/LibEvents). Implementation-specific statements link to source.Related XML fix (description-only): mavlink/mavlink#2619
@bkueng and @julianoes Can you confirm this is correct. It is synthesized by Claude from the old spec, the current messages, and the PX4 and QGC implementations.
