feat: add a Search page to find and install Decky plugins from GitHub (2.6.0-rc.1) - #106

Search moves off the Repositories page onto its own Quick Access page. Results are limited to Decky plugin repos (a root plugin.json, or already listed) under a warning that they're unreviewed. Install tracks the repo and hands its latest release to Decky Loader's installer; Add only tracks it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a Search page to the Quick Access Menu (between Discover and Settings) for finding and installing Decky plugins that aren't in any list, straight from Gaming Mode.
