Bumps the dependency floors and ceilings for seqpro 0.23.

  • seqpro>=0.23 (pixi pin ==0.23.0)
  • genoray>=6.0.1,<7 (was >=5,<6). 6.0.1 is the first genoray release that allows seqpro 0.23 (fix(deps): allow seqpro 0.23 d-laub/genoray#222).
  • docs/requirements.txt: synced its stale pins (seqpro>=0.3.1, genoray>=3.4.0,<5)
  • pixi.lock: every env relocked to genoray 6.0.1 and seqpro 0.23.0

Compatibility

Tests (py310, macOS): pytest 1328 passed, 53 skipped, 4 xfailed; cargo test all green.

genoray 6.0.1 is the first release that allows seqpro 0.23, so bump both
together. genoray 6.0.0's only breaking change removes the dense
find_ranges_chunk path, which GVL no longer calls. GVL's Ragged usage
(fixed-axis indexing, no to_ak) is unaffected by seqpro 0.23's indexing
and record to_ak() changes. Also sync the stale docs/requirements.txt pins.
