Pasted image with block display type ignores alignment instructions

Describe the bug
A pasted image that has display: block set on it ignores text alignment until it is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the editor HTML to the following: <div style="text-align: center;"><img src="#" width="100" height="100" style="width: 100px; height: 100px; display: block;"></div>

Expected behavior
The image is centered and stays centered when selected

Actual behavior
The image is left aligned when unselected and centered when selected

Additional context
This also affects right alignment. Clicking the image and clicking on align center or right has no effect until the image is selected.

This looks like normal browser behavior, so I think it is not paste bug.

I think the issue is in the Select Image code, we should keep the image at the start of the line.
Additionally, we can consider removing the display: block from the image when the text align commands are called in a image.
