Recall detection compared intval(typeCall) against string CALL_TYPE constants, so the strict === never matched and RECALL_CLIENT/RECALL_USER were never set. Rework the logic so the status is applied to the missed call itself (all legs by linkedid): a later inbound answered call marks it RECALL_CLIENT, a later outbound call to the client marks it RECALL_USER. Transfer detection on the current record is preserved.
