Overview
Documents Pylon as a supported automation integration in
automations/integrations.mdx, following the same pattern as Plain (shared scope, API-key connection).Pylon is added to page keywords, the shared integrations list, the supported integrations table (Shared), and the “what the agent can read” table (issues, conversations, and customer records via API key). Connect and troubleshoot copy now groups Plain and Pylon as API-key providers (paste key on connect; regenerate key when reconnecting).
