Closing without merging under the repository enterprise guide, Bug Fix Patterns item 35: proprietary SaaS dependency bumps are not accepted. The existing observability path is OpenTelemetry and its declared exporter defaults remain unchanged. This closure is not a claim that all transitive packages have been removed. |
