docs: stop calling SDK 0.10 the latest stable in CLAUDE.md - #46

Conversation
CLAUDE.md called the Iggy Rust SDK 0.10.0 the "latest stable SDK", which stopped being true when iggy 0.11.0 reached crates.io on 2026-09-18. The line now says what holds the crate at 0.10. Not the toolchain: builds use the latest stable Rust (1.98.1 in the Dockerfile, stable and beta in CI), which meets 0.11.0's Rust 1.95. The declared MSRV, rust-version 1.93.0, keeps cargo's MSRV-aware resolver and Dependabot below 0.11, so the upgrade raises it by hand, as TD-2026-07-02 records.

Summary
CLAUDE.md called the Iggy Rust SDK 0.10.0 the "latest stable SDK", which has
not been true since iggy 0.11.0 reached crates.io on 2026-09-18. The line now
says what holds the crate at 0.10: not the toolchain (builds use the latest
stable Rust, which meets 0.11.0's 1.95), but the declared MSRV,
rust-version = "1.93.0", which keeps cargo and Dependabot below 0.11. Itpoints at TD-2026-07-02, which tracks the by-hand upgrade and MSRV raise.
