Adds a device descriptor for the Logitech Lift vertical ergonomic mouse. Closes #144.

Hardware data

Read from the device over HID++ 2.0 (firmware RBM 21.01):

• Name LIFT VERTICAL ERGONOMIC MOUSE, BLE PID 0xb031. Over Bolt the session sees the receiver PID (0xc548), so the Lift is matched by name.
• Features: UnifiedBattery 0x1004, AdjustableDPI 0x2201 (400–4000, step 100), ReprogControlsV4 0x1B04, ChangeHost 0x1814 (3 hosts), LowResWheel 0x2130. No HiResWheel 0x2121, no SmartShift, no PointerSpeed.
• Controls: 0x0050 and 0x0051 fixed; 0x0052, 0x0053, 0x0056 and 0x00FD (DPI button) are divertable; 0x00D7 is virtual and omitted.

Descriptor choices

• The DPI button (0x00FD) is divertable on this firmware, so it is configurable with the native firmware action as default.
• smoothScroll and hiResWheel are false: scroll configuration goes through 0x2121, which the Lift lacks.
• No cycleRing, so the native behaviour is the default; a user-assigned DPI cycle falls back to the min/mid/max ring.
• Images are Logitech's graphite product renders from the Lift page on logitech.com, trimmed. side.png is a two-view composite (top view plus thumb side) following the MX Vertical layout. Happy to swap them for Options+ assets if you prefer to regenerate.

Testing

• logitune-tests: 761 passed, including the Lift kDevices entry and a new LiftMatchesHidppNameOverBolt test.
• generate-readme-devices.py --check and generate_package_deps.py --check pass.
• On hardware (Ubuntu 26.04, KDE Plasma 6 Wayland, Qt 6.10): detected over Bolt (slot 2) and over Bluetooth (direct, 0xb031); battery and DPI read correctly; Back and Forward diverted and dispatched; KWin focus tracking works.

Status is left as beta for you to promote.
