Update workflows to include 'autoscaling' and 'ruby3.0.6' runner labels. Modified .github/workflows/cd.yml, ci.yml, code-deploy.yml, and scheduled-workflow.yml to select the autoscaling self-hosted pool and ensure Ruby 3.0.6 is available. Also normalized runs-on entries to arrays where needed for consistent runner selection.
Pin several GitHub Actions to specific SHAs and bump action majors for stability and reproducibility. Updates include: actions/checkout pinned to v6.0.3, actions/cache bumped to v5, actions/setup-node pinned to v5.0.0, and actions/upload-artifact pinned to v7.0.1. Added explicit 'Checkout Repo' step names for clarity. Files changed: .github/actions/trivy_security_scan/action.yml and .github/workflows/{cd,ci,code-deploy,scheduled-workflow}.yml.
The CI workflow was using a floating version of the browser-actions/setup-chrome action. This change pins it to the v2.1.2 commit hash for better reproducibility and security, preventing unexpected changes when upstream tags move.
