Summary

Reduce unnecessary Docker build context and preserve reusable dependency and Web layers when only backend artifacts change.

What changed

ignore nested dependency/build output and local database artifacts
keep the Web artifact layers before the frequently changing backend artifact
preserve runtime behavior and image contents

Tests

Validation: full unit/e2e/regression suite, typecheck, backend build, and diff check.
