test: validate esignet-misp-onboarder against esignet-standalone-2.0.0 #390

Summary

Validate that partner/MISP onboarding (esignet-misp-onboarder) works correctly
against the esignet-standalone-2.0.0 profile.

Scope

• Run the esignet-misp-onboarder Helmsman hook against the 2.0.0 profile's
  eSignet/mosipid instance.
• Confirm the onboarder job reaches a terminal Completed state (not just
  Running — see the terminal-state-wait fix in Add esignet-standalone-2.0.0 profile (Go eSignet) support #311's commit history).
• Confirm the resulting MISP/partner keys and client config are actually usable —
  i.e. a relying party can complete OIDC auth using them.
