Part of #273, part of #437

Tests the current all-nodes behaviour of k8s_instance_type (the per-node override is #466). Test value — revert before GH-issue-273-v2 merges to develop (tracked in #437). Expect a few minutes of full-cluster downtime on the test cluster.

What

profiles/mosip/aws/compute.tfvars: k8s_instance_type t3a.2xlarge → m6a.2xlarge (same 8 vCPU / 32 GiB, x86_64 — same AMI; offered in ap-south-1a/b; non-burstable). nginx_instance_type unchanged.

Expected — COMPONENT=compute, PROFILE=mosip

  • Plan: 0 to add, 8 to change, 0 to destroy — aws_instance.k8s_cluster[*]: ~ instance_type = "t3a.2xlarge" -> "m6a.2xlarge", update in-place (no replacement). nginx unchanged.
  • Apply: all 8 nodes stopped, resized and started together (cluster down meanwhile). Same instance IDs, private IPs and disks.
  • Afterwards: RKE2 services start on boot → kubectl get nodes 8 × Ready; etcd back with 3 members. No configure needed.
  • If the plan shows any must be replaced / destroy — do not apply.

…osip#437)

Tests the current behaviour of k8s_instance_type: every cluster node is
updated in place (stop -> modify -> start) in the same compute run.
m6a.2xlarge: same 8 vCPU / 32 GiB, x86_64 (same AMI), offered in
ap-south-1a/b. nginx keeps nginx_instance_type.
Test value — revert before GH-issue-273-v2 merges to develop.

Part of mosip#273, part of mosip#437.
