docs(logs): document the server summary event - #33

The trap channel names, the one-click honeypot logs setup, and how to pick, move or replace the logs channel now that the bot no longer creates it.
Add the kindness points page, and update /profil, /bienvenue and /signaler for the points block, the optional user option, the new category, the validate and reject buttons and the SGN thread name.
