This adds
fieldNameSizelimit enforcement to the multipart parser, matching the behavior already present in the urlencoded parser.nameTruncatedwill now correctly reporttruewhen the field name exceeds the configured limit.
Using limits
{ fieldNameSize: 1 }and thenfor some reason info is always { nameTruncated: false, valueTruncated: false, encoding: '7bit', mimeType: 'text/plain' } even if field name is longer than 1 character.
