MakerWhale is a zero-maintenance, community-driven HTML5 game platform. Anyone can contribute a game — just drop a folder under game/, and CI automatically detects and publishes it. No manual registration, no merge conflicts, no maintenance burden.

Add Your Game (2 Steps)

1. Create a folder: game/your-game-name/
2. Put an index.html inside it

That's it. Submit a PR, and once merged:

• CI scans your folder, extracts the <title>, generates tags
• Your game appears on the platform automatically
• You never touch games.json or any global file

Optional: Add Metadata

To give your game a nice name, description, and emoji, add a game.json next to your index.html:

All fields are optional. Without game.json, the scanner auto-detects from your index.html.

Deploy

GitHub Pages: Settings → Pages → Branch: master, folder: / (root) → Save

Also works on Vercel / Netlify — just connect the repo.

Why Zero Maintenance?

• Each game lives in its own folder → no merge conflicts
• Global games.json is fully auto-generated by CI — contributors never touch it
• New games are auto-detected; removed games are auto-cleaned
• Per-game game.json is optional — even a bare index.html works

为什么是零维护？

• 每个游戏独立文件夹 → 永远不会有合并冲突
• 全局 games.json 由 CI 全自动生成 — 贡献者无需触碰

MakerWhale은 유지보수가 필요 없는 커뮤니티 주도 HTML5 게임 플랫폼입니다. game/ 폴더에 게임을 추가하면 CI가 자동으로 감지하여 게시합니다.
