Upgrade TypeGraph to 0.65.0 - #51

Bump `@nicia-ai/typegraph` 0.56 → 0.62 and repoint `typegraph-prev` at 0.61.0 so the schema-upgrade keeper exercises this hop. Adopt the 0.59–0.61 read APIs now that they exist on GraphHandle (store and transaction): batchOnce + project() for corpus membership, count()/first() for version aggregates and usage, optionalTraverse for root scans, recursive folder_child for ancestors, subtrees, and liveDocumentPaths. 0.62's planEvolution / withEvolvedTransaction is a no-op — canonicalGraph is static.
Bump `@nicia-ai/typegraph` to 0.63.0 and repoint `typegraph-prev` at 0.62.0. Rank latest collection versions with `topPerPartition` instead of hydrating every snapshot. Fold `ordered()` into `entries()`, share `toCollectionVersionRow`, and hydrate expanded corpus members via `bulkFindByIndex`.
TypeGraph 0.64 is a no-op for Corpus. Better Auth 1.7.5 restores the 1.6 account key, so drop account.issuer (0005). TypeScript stays on 6.
No Corpus code change: evolution-aware candidate writes, cursor pages, arrayContains, and bulkUpsertById have no callers. typegraph-prev is 0.64.0.
