docs: the deploy copy line installs icons/ - #135

The conversation menu's Pin, Hide Alerts and read/unread icons (nixfred#122) live in icons/, which the documented cp never copied. A plugin deployed that way logs 'Cannot open: .../icons/*.svg' and shows the menu without its icons. Clones from the README install path were never affected.

Merged, thank you Ian. Right on: #122 added the icons and the copy line in three docs never learned about them, so anyone deploying by the book got a menu with blank icons and a log full of "Cannot open". Docs only, so nothing to roll out; my own machines already had the folder. |

The developer deploy line in CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md copies
*.qml *.ts *.mjs otp-desktop.py manifest.jsonbut noticons/, added in #122 for the conversation menu. A plugin deployed by that line logsCannot open: file:///…/nixfred.blip/icons/{pin,moon,read,unread}.svgand the menu items render without icons. The line now readscp -r … icons.Installs that follow the README (a git clone into the plugins directory) already have the folder and are unaffected.
