1.4 got a bit stricter with diff parsing, and this test was using a malformed diff. Per the bot: The fixture declared three lines but supplied two. Pierre 1.4 repairs that mismatch, making the comment’s line-10 anchor fall outside the diff. I added the missing context line; application code is unchanged.

Had codex run an update to the latest 1.4.2.
