Renamed the check and matched Linear team keys - #1
The pull request narrows Linear issue-key matching to specified team prefixes and updates related tests. It also revises the workflow name, failure message, and README description.
The matcher now accepts specified two- and three-letter team prefixes without regard to case. Tests cover accepted keys, non-key formats, GitHub web-editor branches, and keys embedded after a word character.
The workflow name changes to Linked Issue Requirement, and its failure message removes the ABC-123 example. The README updates the section title and uses WS-123 as its example. It retains the checked locations, case-insensitive matching, and GitHub App bot exemption.
northpolesec/required-workflows#2: It uses the hasLinearKey result to control the No-Issue: escape hatch. This matcher change affects when that handling applies.
Merge Risk: Low · up to ec99f
The implementation is functionally aligned, but incomplete README guidance may cause unnecessary edits when users can satisfy the check through a valid branch name.

WS-123 is a valid Linear issue key and that accepted keys use a two- or
three-letter team prefix followed by a hyphen and issue number; preserve the
documented title, body, branch-name, and case-insensitive matching behavior.

The workflow passes pr.head.ref to hasLinearKey, and the matcher checks the title, body, and branch. A valid key in the branch can therefore satisfy the check, but README.md:11 tells users to use only the title or body. This can cause users to edit fields unnecessarily.
Suggested fix
-If the check fails, add the key to the title or the body. Then push a commit or run the check again. Update the README guidance to include the branch name alongside the title and
body as a valid location for the Linear key. Preserve the existing instructions
about rerunning the check.
