I appreciate the addition of Mark All As Read, but you put it at the bottom.
Out of sheer habit, I click the bottom item, which has been 'Open all unread pages' for so long it's embedded in muscle memory.
Now when I do it, I mark all as read and completely lose track of what I have and have not seen.
Please consider moving that action to the top, or at least in the second position, or allowing an option for the user to move it.
