feat(aivision): add framework dashboard span-grain event-stream builders - #4

- framework_dashboard.go: buildFrameworkDashboardStatement serving framework.overview.event_stream (classify each span as llm/tool via gen_ai.operation.name / langfuse.observation.type, drop chain/agent wrappers, sort newest-first, cap at LIMIT) and framework.events.timeseries (count grouped by time bucket x kind); single-agent drill-down via request.Params.agent_uuid -> resource_attributes.aivision.agent.id - native.go: dispatch framework.* queryKeys from the dashboardQuery default branch and execute the built statement - framework_dashboard_test.go: cover event-stream SQL shape, agent_uuid filter, timeseries grouping and non-framework prefix rejection
