Adds an "Other clients" section to the README with Gliff Client, an Android app that connects to an unmodified gliff-server over ssh.

It is available on Google Play. It does H.264 hardware decoding, private or mirrored screens, touch and physical keyboard/mouse input with the remote's keyboard layout, and a shared text clipboard.

The section says it is maintained separately, so nobody expects support for it here. Happy to change the wording or where it sits, or to close this if you'd rather not list third-party clients.

Nice idea. gliff-win is another new client: a Windows client for an unmodified gliff-server, also over ssh and also maintained separately. A matching line:

- [gliff-win](https://github.com/wynandt/gliff-win): a Windows client, with zip downloads on its [releases page](https://github.com/wynandt/gliff-win/releases). It talks to an unmodified gliff-server. Maintained separately, not by the gliff authors.

Happy to open a follow-up PR after this one instead, if that's easier.
