…ivery Introduce weekly-status-synthesizer skill invocation, status report CLI, markdown sanitization, per-ticket evidence_labels from Jira summaries, report_run audit persistence, and optional Slack delivery.
Keep Postgres connections closed during long synthesizer skill calls so port-forwarded DB sessions do not drop mid-run, and re-fetch confirmed entries in a fresh session before persist to avoid DetachedInstanceError. Also retry JSON follow-ups when skills require code execution or return validation errors.
