✨ Add per-agent bind configuration to AgentConfiguration - #467
agentConfiguration.bindConfiguration from #462 has one health probe port for all klusterlet agents. That works in Singleton mode, where there is only one agent pod. In Default mode, the registration and work agents are two separate pods. With hostNetwork: true they share the node's ports, so when both land on the same node the second one fails with bind: address already in use on the same healthProbePort. I reproduced this on kind while wiring #462 into ocm#1688.
This PR adds a separate bind configuration for each agent, following the ClusterManager pattern:
ClusterManager doesn't have this problem because each webhook server has its own bind configuration, so users can give each one its own ports when they use host networking:
API: DefaultClusterManagerConfiguration has registrationWebhookConfiguration, workWebhookConfiguration and addonWebhookConfiguration, and each wraps its own BindConfiguration with healthProbePort, metricsPort and hostNetwork:
AgentConfiguration gets two optional fields, registrationAgentConfiguration and workAgentConfiguration. Each one wraps an AgentBindConfiguration, the same type ✨ Add AgentConfiguration to KlusterletSpec #462 added, so defaults and validation are the same (healthProbePort defaults to 8443, range 1024-65535).
The per-agent fields are ignored in Singleton mode.
I didn't add a CEL rule to reject the same port on both agents. Whether they clash depends on scheduling (they only clash on the same node), and ClusterManager doesn't validate this either. The field docs say to use different ports when both agents use hostNetwork.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added separate bind settings for registration and work agents in Default mode, including health-probe, host-network, and metrics options.
Shared bind settings continue to apply to the Singleton-mode agent and serve as defaults for Default-mode agents without their own settings. Per-agent settings are ignored in Singleton mode.
When both agents use host networking on the same node, configure distinct health-probe ports to avoid conflicts.
In Default mode the registration and work agents run as separate pods.
With hostNetwork enabled they share the node's ports, so a single
agentConfiguration.bindConfiguration makes both bind the same
healthProbePort and the second one fails with "address already in use"
when they land on the same node.
Add optional registrationAgentConfiguration and workAgentConfiguration,
each with its own bindConfiguration, following the per-webhook
bindConfiguration in DefaultClusterManagerConfiguration. The existing
bindConfiguration still applies to the klusterlet-agent in Singleton
mode and to any Default mode agent that does not set its own.

Walkthrough
The klusterlet API adds separate bind configurations for registration and work agents in Default mode. Shared bind settings remain applicable in Singleton mode and as a fallback in Default mode. Generated copy methods and integration tests cover the new configuration.
The API type and CRD define separate registration-agent and work-agent settings for Default mode. Each supports health-probe and metrics ports and host networking. The CRD specifies defaults and port limits.
Copy and validate agent settings operator/v1/zz_generated.deepcopy.go, operator/v1/zz_generated.model_name.go, test/integration/api/klusterlet_test.go
Generated methods deep-copy the new configuration and expose its OpenAPI model name. Integration tests check separate settings, the default health-probe port, and rejection of health-probe port 80.
Operators placing both host-network agents on one node may overlook the shared metrics-port default. Clarify the guidance before merging, or accept this bounded documentation risk.

Document the metrics-port default alongside the health-probe guidance.
The field documentation tells users to set different healthProbePort values when both agents use hostNetwork on the same node. Both per-agent metricsPort fields default to 8080, so the same guidance applies to metrics ports. Omitting both leaves both defaults in effect, and the guidance does not mention them.
