In Review Sent Messages, the steps do not reflect what I see.

This may be because bulk email isn't enabled on the sandbox. This should be re-tested on an instance confirmed to have bulk-email enabled.

This was testable once bulk email was enabled. Did require some updates for MFEs which are made in #1257
