fix: bypass nginx alpine entrypoint hang

问题

opensabre-admin 使用 nginx:alpine 的默认 entrypoint 时，Alpine 包清单检测卡住，导致容器运行但 80 端口未监听。

修复

• 在 Dockerfile 中显式直接启动 nginx，绕过阻塞的官方 entrypoint 脚本。

验证

• 通过 CI 测试、构建并推送镜像后部署验证容器端口。
