v0.64.0 source tarball checksum has been changed

Hello, this is a homebrew maintainer and I have noticed that the checksum of source tarball is changed.

+0df73b37235cac974a8a05aa746477980cb3fdad36e30eca1190a3c540e2afdb

Not sure what happen, but anyway I just want to make sure the changed one is valid and fine to use.

Ah this was likely triggered, by us using the new Github based release flow and it didn't work out of the box - it seems there was some back-and-forth at the time which probably resulted in it accidentally releasing again:

• https://github.com/openshift/osdctl/commits/v0.64.0/ was the final release
• But in the history commit 190332ba5d910a29be049bd9ff510b2497a8333d was the first - the changes then fixed the GH pipeline and seem to have released the tarball.
