Codex web search uses the exec-compatible config override - #192

#189 passed --search, which only the interactive codex command accepts: codex exec rejected it and every new fleet attempt aborted at session start. The exec form is -c tools.web_search=true, verified live on the deployed 0.130.0 — the probe session made real web_search calls. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
