[fix] Recording page: no re-analysis on reopen, skeletons, breadcrumb, End → report, cloud re-upload loop #544

Unplanned. Reported 2026-10-02: opening a recording (especially one synced from the phone) started analysis again every time, loaders broke the layout, the close-recording button was too loud, and ending a meeting flashed a four-column layout before the report.

Shipped in v0.32.1

• Analysis runs once per recording — [fix] reopening a recording no longer re-runs analysis that already ran #539. Root causes from the user's log: results finishing after the user left a recording were discarded; findings + action items were only persisted together; 38 of 52 briefs came back empty and regenerated on every open. Stages now persist to the entry they ran for, reattach when reopened mid-run, and an empty brief is a failure instead of a missing result.
• Content-shaped skeletons instead of spinners — [fix] study sections load as content-shaped skeletons instead of spinners #540.
• Breadcrumb folder › name replaces the close-recording button — [fix] study titlebar: a breadcrumb replaces the close-recording button #541.
• End → report — [fix] End opens the report as soon as the recording is written #543. The tree stays hidden until the report opens (layout changes once; ⌘B can peek during a long save); the report opens right after the first file write and speaker correction runs in the background, gating analysis until it finishes. • Cloud sync stops re-uploading recordings deleted in the cloud — [fix] cloud sync stops re-uploading recordings deleted in the cloud #542. The log showed 11 deleted recordings re-uploaded with audio every ~2 min. A recording synced from this device and deleted in the cloud is now deleted locally; a never-synced one is kept (local is the truth). Mass-delete guard: a pass deleting more than half the synced library is refused.

Pending

• Backend half of the sync fix: pathorsAI/parley-internal#69 (list returns tombstones, pushes to tombstoned ids get 410). Waiting on review; merge auto-deploys. Until then the desktop can't learn which recordings were deleted.
• After [feature] history: personal + org folders, drag-and-drop, default-save-location #69 deploys: confirm in the desktop log that the re-upload loop stopped and the deleted recordings were removed locally.
• End-to-end check of [fix] reopening a recording no longer re-runs analysis that already ran #539 / [fix] End opens the report as soon as the recording is written #543 in the real app (verified so far by tests and a browser harness only).

Known gaps (not done)

• An action-items pass that fails every time still retries on every open (no failed flag like the brief's).
• ⌘B during a running meeting still flips the saved sidebar preference (unchanged behaviour).
