chore(release): publish 0.7.0

[patlux]

Summary

Release the reviewed PR consolidation as 0.7.0. Includes model/pricing refreshes, self-healing catalog sync, Pi/OMP compatibility, image tool batching, idle timeouts and host input modalities. Credits all contributors.

Validation

• Full npm test including real Pi and OMP: pass
• Typecheck, format, diff check: pass
• npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities
• npm pack dry run: 29 reviewed files
• GOAT live E2E passed on the implementation; Go live is credit-blocked and documented

Release only after green CI; tag the merged main commit, publish locally, verify the public npm package, and create the GitHub release.
