#113 landed after #114 removed pgx from go.mod, so internal/collect/replident_integration_test.go still imported github.com/jackc/pgx/v5 and left the collect package unbuildable under go vet ./... / go test ./.... Every CI job on main has failed at package setup since.

This is the port commit from #46 (8098779, by @elkaix), cherry-picked so main goes green independently of that feature PR.

Verified locally: go build ./... && go vet ./... && gofmt -l . && go test ./... all pass.

govulncheck in CI started failing on two net/http vulnerabilities fixed in
Go 1.27.2 (HPACK encoder race, HTTP/1 CONNECT desynchronization). Both are
reachable from the MCP server and the AI HTTP clients. go1.27.2 builds and
passes the unit suite; govulncheck now reports 0 vulnerabilities called.

v2.13.2 cannot load go1.27.2 export data ("export data version 5 is
greater than maximum supported version 4"), so the lint job fails as soon
as the toolchain moves. v2.14.0 is built with go1.27.2 and reports 0
issues on this tree.
