What

Promote one more Clippy lint in the incremental ratchet: clippy::explicit_into_iter_loop = "deny" in the [lints.clippy] table of core/Cargo.toml.

clippy::explicit_into_iter_loop flags for x in items.into_iter() and asks for for x in items. A for loop already calls IntoIterator::into_iter, so the explicit call is redundant.

The lint pairs with clippy::explicit_iter_loop, which the crate already denies, so all for loops now follow one idiom.

Changes

• core/Cargo.toml: add explicit_into_iter_loop = "deny" next to explicit_iter_loop.
• No code changes: the lint surfaced zero violations.

Verification

Run in core/:

• cargo fmt --check — clean
• cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings — no issues
• cargo test — 191 passed, 0 failed
