📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe CLI now uses a published SDK prerelease, delegates operation handling to the SDK, separates operation wait budgets from request timeouts, and validates command behavior through a local HTTP server. ChangesSDK and operations integration

Keep the dependency installable until the prerelease exists
This version is deliberately unpublished, as the updated integration guide confirms, so every clean npm install and the npm ci step in .github/workflows/ci.yml now fails before the project can build or test. Keep the previous working pin until the first prerelease is available, or update this dependency to the real version and regenerate package-lock.json atomically.

Fixed in 4d5e6a2. The dependency now pins the published 0.1.0-dev.20260922102711, and the lockfile was regenerated at the same time.

Bound the initial watch read by the wait deadline
When operation watch --timeout N encounters a slow or unresponsive initial status request, clearing the client's request timeout leaves the plain operations.get() call without the N-second budget; the deadline is checked only after that call resolves, while only subsequent operations.wait() calls receive maxWaitMs. Consequently even --timeout 0 can wait until the SDK's default request timeout, and a hung first read can prevent the documented timeout exit entirely. Apply the remaining deadline to the initial read as well.

Valid. Fixed in 8e356d8: operation watch now aborts the first read at the --timeout budget (the SDK wait also allows at least one second) and exits 8. The new test stops watch at --timeout when the first read hangs covers it.

Replace the github:polymorfa/sdks#94bfd09 pin with the exact npm dev prerelease. The newer SDK reports a claim activity when a placed call is answered; the calls media test expects it. README install notes say the CLI itself is not on npm yet.
The npm SDK ships client.operations, so the operation commands drop the raw-transport adapter. Tests now run the real SDK against a loopback server. operation wait/watch --timeout (seconds) shadowed the global per-request --timeout (milliseconds) and reached the client as timeoutMs, so --timeout 0 failed and --timeout N aborted plain reads after N ms. The wait budget no longer reaches the client.
Clearing the client request timeout left the initial operation read without a deadline, so a server that never answered could hold operation watch past --timeout. Abort it at the wait budget.

Brings in the npm SDK prerelease pin (#16), operation commands (#24), doctor, link/project, api fields and the Blacksmith CI runners. package.json takes dev's exact pin, @polymorfa/sdk 0.1.0-dev.20260922102711, plus jq-wasm, so it now matches dev's package-lock.json and npm ci resolves. That prerelease lacks the campaign recipient, audience member and opt-out settings methods, so typecheck still fails against it until sdks#285 is published and this pin is bumped to the resulting exact version. README keeps this branch's stop and recipients/audiences/opt-outs sections and takes dev's pointer to the operation commands in place of the old "operation inspection is console-only" line. oclif topics are the union.
Summary
@polymorfa/sdkto exactly0.1.0-dev.20260922102711from npm (the currentdevdist-tag, published by OIDC trusted publishing with provenance) and regeneratespackage-lock.json. Replaces the git pingithub:polymorfa/sdks#94bfd09…. Rebased onto currentdev.operation list|view|wait|watch|cancelnow callclient.operationsinstead of the raw-transport adapter from feat(operation): add operation list, view, wait, watch, and cancel #24.src/developer/operations.tsis a thin typed view of the SDK resource. The session client is already project-bound when the context is project-owned, so the SDK picks the team or project route.operation wait|watch --timeout(seconds, the wait budget) shadowed the global--timeout(milliseconds, per request) and reached the client astimeoutMs.--timeout 0failed withinvalid_request_option, and--timeout Naborted non-long-poll reads after N ms. The old tests mocked the SDK client, so they missed it. The wait budget no longer reaches the client.test/commands/operations.test.tsnow runs the real SDK against a loopback HTTP server rather than a mockedClient. It asserts paths, query strings, theIdempotency-Keyheader, and that a held long-poll is aborted at the--timeoutbudget.claimactivity when a placed call is answered (call.accepted). The CLI already forwardsclaim, socalls media --placenow prints it. The test expectation is updated.@polymorfa/cliis not on npm yet, sonpm i -g @polymorfa/clidoes not work until it is published. Installing from the private repo is still the only way, and dependencies (including the SDK) now come from npm.
