Keep the channel position in human output
For default human output from channel message list or channel message updates, this replaces the only pagination cursor with the public action ID. The updated response model distinguishes message.id (for example, 760000000951) from message.position (951), while --before and --after still accept the numeric position; because the endpoints return arrays without a separate cursor, users can no longer continue pagination from normal output without rerunning with --json. Include the position alongside the public message ID.

Align the SDK commit with the PR contract.
The PR objective specifies 93223606d8bf1be9d462b432fc4992d2f71c2b36, but this manifest pins 60ed30c21b131c04ab027e131ca9c19d92b94ac8. The lockfile resolves the same different revision. Restore the specified commit and regenerate the lockfile, or update the PR objective if the newer revision is intentional. Otherwise, the migration is validated against a different SDK contract than requested.

📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Restore the SDK type declarations before linting.
The configured type-checked preset reports @typescript-eslint/no-unsafe-member-access at message.position, and lint exits with errors. message already has the ChannelMessage type. The SDK package points to a missing declaration file, so its imports resolve as error types. Make the SDK declarations available; local narrowing of message.position will not fix this.

Human channel output now preserves both the public action ID and numeric pagination position, with regression tests for list and updates. Hosted Node 20/22 verification results are recorded on this PR. Fixed the stale campaign polling instructions. Its empty-selector warning is already covered by a passing test asserting exit 2 and zero HTTP requests; the service validates exactly one selector.
Five-part assessment
Hybrid correlation remains deferred. This does not implement the separately introduced BanSafe SDK/CLI resources or claim whole-API parity.
